All common law courts in the US are only applicable to Sovran state citizens if you are a citizen of the untied states you are not Sovran you are franchisees and obliged to follow what ever bullshit they want you to because the untitled states is a corporation and under it you are an employee of the untied states not a citizen of a state where you have right and the constitution applies, 14th amendment causes you to become a voluntary slave.
