Holt Ram 80s

The Holt High School Marching Band, under the direction of Michael Emerson, is proud to present their 2007 halftime show, "I Love the 80s."
Featuring the songs "Jump" by Van Halen, "Livin' on a Prayer" by Bon Jovi, "Take on Me" by Aha, and "Mr. Roboto" by Styx.
This video was taken at the end of a very successful band camp during which the students worked hard to learn the entire show in 4 days.

I am back now, and supposedly my father has an idea as to how to fix this issue...I hope so, because after trying a couple things today im not sure if its still possible without having the original on the camera. I guess the best we can do is cross our fingers at the moment. Again, sorry band.

You wouldn't be able to fix it really without being able to seperate the video from the audio and synch it up from there, and even that's not entirely reliable.

Supposedly, Adobe Premier Elements can do that. However, that program is very confusing. It actually took me 13 hours to crop the movie to under 10 minutes and save the video. (most of the time was spent saving)

Yeah, there's definitely a lag there. I wouldn't know how to fix it either, but I hope you figure it out. I'm running the band's MySpace and I put it up, but for some reason the video and audio stop playing with like three minutes to go.

I had that problem for a short while as well. It seems to decide randomly whether or not it will play the whole thing

yeah, i was there and i was part of the one of the other bands. i thought theyre drumline was amazingly good, i wish ours was that good. you guys also had an excellent show, along with the drumline

I am a sophmore trumpet player, and let me tell u. band camp was the 4 most brutlest days of my life, but it was all worth it because I enjoyed playing and look forword to next this next year of school.

Awesome. Ashley Kramer and I ("I" being Melissa Green...) came out on the Friday night show for Rochester. I wanted nothing more than to be out there with you guys! Ashley and I did join you all for the Cadence run through...we really couldn't help it! But seriously, college band will never beat your experience as a HRMB member. It gets a little more brutal practice wise and the competitions and recognitions are greater, but they're no match for the friendships and memories you made.

The hard work and dedication of all of the students shows at the halftime shows and band concerts through out the year. The Holt Band is always a great band to watch perform. Keep up the great performances!!!!!!!!!!

OMG we play like a lot of those in our show. I'm from Northside High School in Roanoke, VA. Our show consists of four movements. I-New Wave w/ Jump, Walk Like An Egyptian, and Take On Me. II-Cyndi w/ Time After Time and True Colors III-Disco Funk w/ Word Up and Funkytown VI-Hair Bands w/ Here I Go Again, Livin' On A Prayer, and Jump(Reprise).
