  • This woman is awesome. Kudos to do this where the world can see you... especially as a doctor, shows a great humility and willingness, that a doctor I'd be willing to see!

  • I'm really surprised that you were able to talk so much during this exercise. It's a really demanding workout and your description of it as 'hell' is right on. But you feel like heaven when it's over. Are you still doing it?

  • Great job! I've been doing the same - 8 intervals. I'd settled on 30 seconds work, and 90 seconds rest kind of randomly because the intervals are easier to keep track of. I've seen great benefits so far, but after watching this, I see I could ramp up my intensity a little more.
