These are actually pretty good special effects. I guess the poor video quality helps.

Better than nothing if you are in the woods and you have to do what you can with what you have so I'll include this video as it may be important for someone to remember the basic's to save a life. Yes; I speak from experience as my leg was twisted off by a train and I applied a tourniquet and let lose briefly and was out there for 2.5 hours and crawled 367 yards to get help. Were my hand's clean? No they where covered in grease. Did I do right? Yes I'm still alive. Do what you have to.

Well I am a paramedic! This isn't bad for just first aid I guess, But some of the tests are unneeded (fully body check) this movie is way out dated
