Ballet lessons on ballet music. The musical direction of any step is important. Please leave a comment so I can adjust too your needs. In battement tundu this really depends on which part of the class it is situated. If its at the start of class in would advisable to use a slow 3/4. If it's in the middle of the barre one could use a sharp staccato 2/4. If it is in the center one could use a 6/8 some thing quick with a little more of a dynamic beat. The only real rule is not to make a battement tundu to quick early on in the class, or to slow later at the barre.
