In a recent study, Google and M&RR (Marketing and Research Resources, Inc.) explored how consumers research and gather information throughout the travel decision-making process. We examined behaviors in business and leisure travelers, and culled out insights across four key travel categories: Airlines, Hotels, Car Rental, Cruise.

On Friday, October 10, 2008, Google hosted a webinar that covered this study's findings and answered questions such as:
• Does the research process change by trip and traveler type?
• Does online video play a role in the travel-purchase process?
• Do information sources and purchase influencers vary by travel category?

  • Is someone humping a chair in the background?

  • Very interesting stuff. The audible was slightly garbled at times, but not impossible to hear. Thought the analysis was pretty good and offerred good insight.

  • Any chance of captions being added? I can't understand what is being said.

  • It's inaudible.

  • Poor quality sound. Sometimes very difficult even for a native English speaker to understand .

Some text on some slides is impossible to read Much too small for this resolution. I'd rather see the slide set as a PDF and notes.

The topic is really interesting, though.

  • the voice is very bad :(
