It's in the tags, but Derek is in there as well as Mark, Edyta, Alec, Maks, Kym, Fabian and Cheryl. Julianne isn't on the tour.

Correction, someone else said it was O Fortuna, but I don't think so. I believe it starts with Malaguena, then segues into Nightmare, then ends with Malaguena.

The blonde is Aliona Vilani, a standout dancer who dances the Viennese Waltz solo with Derek and dances with Maks here. Derek does the opening solo with Maks.
