Do you eat some of the calories you burn? Because that seems like a lot of carbs and calories for a meal
I divide my daily fat carb and protein intake by 6 and I'm around 20 something for carb and protein and 260cal per meal
I'm 5'8 140pounds and on a cutting phase and I lift and run cross country after and I'm wondering if I'm burning too many calories because I'm already on a deficit with the diet? Should i change up my macros?if so, how?

about you wondering if you're burning too many calories... well you're gonna burn accordingly to what you physically do. I think you're more worried about your intake... ya? sall up to you bro! learn it! weigh yourself daily, equal out all factors possible of the weighing process and you'll learn what your diet is doing to your body. equal out your diet for most efficiency/accuracy. etc. big words. scientific etc.
