Hi Everyone :)

This song from Final Fantasy IX was one of the more memorable tunes to me. This favorite tune was arranged by Aline and I. It was a lot of fun to do, but took a lot of time.. especially with the audio and video editing. I'm sure there's probably tons of other covers of this song on youtube.. but hopefully none like this one! Take care and thanks for watching my videos!

Technical stuff:

Recorded on my 2.16 Ghz Macbook. Audio recorded and edited in Logic Pro 9. Video edited and synced in Final Cut Express 4. Videos recorded in HD on Canon Powershot SD600. Mic is a APEX 435 cardioid condenser and preamp is an M-Audio Mobile PreUSB.

  • There are songs designed for male and female voices.

This song just doesn't sound right with your voice.

  • @Efylan Aww nuts. Maybe it would sound better with your voices instead?

  • @daniscool99 Not at all, I'm not dedicated to singing, and I'm male myself, I don't think there's a male voice that can pull out that soung perfectly.

  • lol at the Naruto poster in the back.

  • amazing!!!!(:

  • @p7s7x9 (cont...) slightly off, it's understandable, considering you may not be a native Japanese speaker. Regardless, it was still a wonderful performance.

You sir, have my two thumbs up!

  • Bravo Mr. Danny! Beautiful A Cappella! Unlike some of the comments here, I have always believed this to be a song that can be sung by either male or female vocals. Some people are just too used to the original and the remade tracks (both sung by women) to see it works both ways.

As for my critique, I'm not sure I really like the version 2 ending used in this video, but I suppose it offered a better chance to show off your different vocal ranges. Also, while your Japanese accent was (cont...)

  • this isnt acapella :(

  • DUDE!!!!!!!!!! I just realized you have a poster of Itachi with Sakura....(Sakura/Itachi Closet Fan) ANYWAYS! I'll Assume Sasuke and Naruto are on there too...it would be weird if not, since I'm sure the Creator of Naruto doesn't have the same mindstream as me, for if they did, Sakura would have been a missing nin long ago, and part of the Akatsuki, and Kiba would be with Hinata! WHERE DID YOU FIND THAT POSTER!!? ITACHI MY LOVE~!

  • I think the english version would have been better for you, cause japanese is a bit delicate... still ur awesome :D really great ;)
