it's really great to see someone showing the "if you don't have..." type of training instead of saying buy a sled for 200$ ...

Thanks Sabazs. I suppose a "tight-wad's gym" Squat Rx (a la "JV Askem's Tight Wad's Gym" series) might be an idea to look into.

To be honest, I don't know what kind of options there are as far as making the videos downloadable and I'm not real wild about uploading all of them again.

Tell you what - PM me here or post something at "Johnny Mnemonic's Strength Training Forums!".

I guess that freshimp means the videos that available on "Google video"- ie. mp4 I'm not 100% sure the settings needed, but they're playable on ipod video, PSP and I imagine the other personal video players around (Archos etc.). Probably looking at around 70-100MB file sizes for 10-15 minutes, less for reduced size/quality. The beauty of Youtube is the small size. Some programs like "Bit Torrent" can grab the flash movies used here, then a convertor could remake it to MP4 for ipod

Thanks.

I think some of them have been uploaded by others to sites that you can download them from, but I'm not sure...
