Great video. I think they scanned the book as a black and white scan and assembled it on a computer because if they scanned the security paper with the copy printed right on it, then it would say "void" on the security paper and people would think that was suspicious. The Ap version is correct color scan you proved. So the only questions remaining are about the information on the document.

That is: why :African instead of Negro, Why Kenya not called Protectorate, name of hospital,no seal.

The name of the hospital looks to be legit. It's the exact same as the Nordyke certificate.

Usually a watermark of VOID will appear only on things like checks. Other types of documents will have a watermark show up that says COPY or other such verbage.

The text was assemble throught some sort of lasso, or magic wand tool, the funny white glow is caused by a blur tool or smudge tool used to blend them into the fake background. I can tell you that right now. I spend all day looking at pixels editing photos and making photo effect.
