American Propaganda and Societal Orientation

Judging by the multitudinous anti-American sentiment expressed on YouTube, it is plausible to conclude that American propaganda is failing to enchant---to control the hearts and minds of---much of humanity. This is because America, as could be expected of a consumerist society much engrossed with trivial concerns, is failing to present---and possibly even to conceive of---itself in the epic context of natural competition, and therefore is not invoking to full extent the primal energies of its supporters and would-be supporters.

Sentiments expressed on such formats as YouTube may not--at this point--reflect mainstream perception, but they are surely to effect mainstream thinking. In fact, such formats may well be the hot houses of future consensus opinion. Those who do not plant now will starve later.

American appeals for such concerns as humanitarianism, democracy and economic conductivity no doubt find positive reception within many, yet such concerns do not speak to the primal hunger within every psyche to wage life as an epic struggle of attainment---the primary evolutionary drive by which all living things are empowered.

All living things struggle for dominance and compete for resources. Moral concerns and intellectual arguments arise, both consciously and unconsciously, as justifications for the host entity to exude as much dominance as possible.

This primal energy has no doubt been muted to engender obedience and placidity within the general population of our opulent society, yet nature will not tolerate such a vacuum within the psyche; Therefore this primal energy is being called forth and put in the service of those who oppose America. As long as living things exist, so will this primal energy; Therefore, America can either use this energy to her advantage or become the (soft-spoken) victim of it.

Ritual, symbolism, and bold expressions of dominance by leaders are key to setting the stage for the arousal and direction of the primal life force.

An economy dedicated to the production and consumption of unessential gadgetry is anathema to such a bold projection of cultural force, for inherent in its economic mission is the conditioning of the populace to regard themselves as hapless consumers dependent on a continually-updated array of gadgetry and services which serve no utilitarian function. The hierarchical ranks within such a society become laden with submissive, rather than dominant, personalities, since it is not purified to utilitarian standards by the trials of epic (life threatening) competition, which, on a societal level, only come about by warfare.




Not only will warfare necessitate the valuation of the viable, thereby marrying the society to evolutionary direction, it will also allow for vast economic opportunity, thereby diminishing the influence of trivial orientation, both economically and within the psyche. Obviously, every member of society must feel personally engaged by warfare. American propaganda has largely failed to convey this sense of inclusive destiny and its epic ramifications, though, considering the exaltation of triviality which seems to rule the consumerist mindset, it probably has done as well as could be expected.

Conflict begets evolution. Let us proceed boldly.

I think that what human beings truly struggle for is freedom from the emotional entanglements that resonate as fear.

That's the most intense hunger.

The truth of ourselves that will set us free.

It can never truly be found by existing within the animal(limbic) part of the brain where the quest for physical dominance exists. It can only be found by balancing the polarities, overcoming the lower chakra(mind centers-there are 7. Those are the seven seals.) impulses, transmuting and transcending.

That is a profound insight and worthy of much contemplation. I don't know much about the chakra stuff, so if you find any good videos I hope you'll share them or post them on your channel.

As for the overcoming of fear: From a Freudian perspective this is the basis of the Oedipal (Luciferian) act wherein the guilting force of the Super Ego (the inner patriarchal figure) is overcome to empower the rewarding force of the Ego Ideal (inner matriarchal figure).

America and Europe today are too feminine. We are highly creative, but the dominant culture mulchers in Hollywood have mocked and subverted patriarchy & masculinity. The Moslems, in contrast, really are too patriarchal. Both elements will be present and will be expressed in any people. Our left brain side is expressed in science, engineering, etc., but not in our political or cultural life. We were probably better balanced back in the 1910s than today.

I agree, regarding the relative femininity and masculinity of the West and Islam. Perhaps on a level beyond human socio-political categorizations, the West and Islam and drawn together to exchange much-needed energies, although I fear it is not likely to be a pleasant exchange.

Perhaps assertive masculinity is best empowered by an internally carried vision of femininity, an act of right brain imagination. For example, consider how the victors at Lepanto were inspired by the image of the Virgin Mary, how Queens have often inspired a people to greatness, and how the Muslims are inspired by feminine reward awaiiting in paradise.

The liberal commercial state (USA) views the pleasure of individuals as the supreme good. Epic struggle subordinates hedonistic individual desires to a collective will to power. The liberal state views these impulses as atavistic and unenlightened: our millions of fat producer/consumers can always defeat impoverished warrior societies (e.g., Taliban) on the battlefield. The liberal state's weakness is that it can't exclude anyone; thus, it will be brought down from within by ethnic mafias.

I don't see the problem in materialistic terms--i.e., ethnicity--but rather in a lack of spiritual consciousness, right brain awakedness. In fact, concerns based on race, from any sector, are a manifestation of left brain materialistic consciousness, and are therefore counterproductive to the awakening of spirituality, of the right brain.

It is my opinion that if we 'seek first the kingdom spiritual consciousness' all other concerns will work themselves out.

You may like The Secret Teachings of All Ages by Manly P. Hall. He founded the Philosophical Research Society and he was an honorary 33rd degree Mason. He had a great understanding of the eastern influence. I have not been a Freudian reader and yet the description seems appropriate. It seems to me that the whole purpose of this place is an opportunity to face stimulation that fear brings to learning and to switch it from the animal response to the true human being response.
