Stephen Colbert is still on air because we really love the show, we keep his ratings UP, and Bill Orelly or Glen Beck are still because of the Redneck chain of FOX Network, Republicans... etc... they need to keep americans in different sides.

@mandaladouble IDK he's just stupid period. I can't stand the sound of his voice....I swear if I ever see him which I never will (I live in San Francisco I don't think he'll ever set foot here) but anyways if he decides to I would most likely throw a tomato in his face.

@yankee82090 I think it is because, Colbert is doing a satire on O'Reillly. But Glenn Beck is trying to do a satire on himself. It is one thing to fake who you are, which you are not, which Colbert does. It is another to fake who you are, which you are, which Glenn does. Glenn is trying to be a bit too disingenuous. He is a Morman who is trying to be palatable, probably reasoning that for others to listen to what he has to say, he cannot be taken too seriously. Not all Mormans are like this.

i just dont get it..everyone that defends glen..i mean its all made up opinions. he never comes out with one fact, not one. and the thing is jon stewart and colbert and others have tried to geet one on one's with glen, and he declines. if this guys is so smart wouldn't he be confident to go up against a comedian?

@Brian2193 The rapper Ludacris has been successful for 10 years, Bill still smears him because he hosts a tabloid show. Maybe if you actually watched the show, you'd see that Bill smears people for a living and Glenn Beck is bad at faking empathy. Colbert doesn't have to say anything derogatory, he just airs clips of the circus that is Fox News, and people laugh because it's funny... and sad when people like you really just don't get it.
