This exercise will build the most mass in the upper chest. Using excellent form Paul bench presses with 100 pound dumbbells for multiple repetitions.

  • I totally agree..I have owned the Olympic Gym in Porterville since 1981..that's over 27 yrs .. and I'm always amazed when I see tall skinny long armed fellows bench double their bodyweight and big beefy fellows with short arms not able to bench 100 pounds. Strength is a mystery..!! :-)

  • How can you say his form sucks? For one, he gets the dumbbells up by himself. Huge props right there, already. Then he goes all the way down and all the way up for several reps like it doesn't even phase him. Good work, man!

  • well considering his weight and size 100s are not a lot but its obvoiuse he could've done 120s for a few reps and maybe unspotted but not every1 train to be the strongest and to be fair in my gym no1 does 100s on incline no matter how big they are im the only one who does it cuz i train for strength

    i'm genetically not a strong guy, i started @ 140lbs and used 35's when i began (for incline), now 3+ yrs later i weigh 205lbs and do inclines w/ 100lb DB's....there are freaky strong people, yes....but most on youtube are liars!!!!

  • I'm lifting the 100 pound dumbbells 25 times. As I am drugfree it should not be too bad. Especially considering that I was a skinny, weak child.
