somehow when i see a bunch of comedians together i always think this must be some staged subtle humor thing and they can't be serious.

The numeric neurotics who run Hollywood and the rest of the media industry automatically assume that audiences -- especially young audiences -- ONLY want to see other young people on the screen. But the problem is that real young people typically don't yet have anything really interesting to say, or play, to the camera or the audience.
It takes TIME to develop the real power of identity, authenticity, and responsiveness that audiences really want -- That means opening the floodgates of age.

Ageism is sickening to anyone of any real substance or character. What is always happening in the entire media industry, is the promotion of the idea of completely ludicrous precocity, whereby 30 year-old and older writers are crafting ridiculously pithy, wry dialogue to put in the mouths of doll-faced teenagers, many of them still "shitting yellow", as they say.
Is this mentally healthy for society? For young people to see themselves as hopelessly inferior for lacking such "precocity"?
