This mindful/intuitive eating approach has helped me enjoy food fearlessly, w/o guilt, feelings of powerlessness and worthlessness when it comes to eating. Thank you so much.

being present, yes, that says it all. Tomorrow never comes, does it? When we wake up tomorrow, it is today! LOL

I look forward to reading this book, and broadening my understanding in regards to eating what I love and staying fit!

I read "Am I Hungry?" and it struck a cord so deep within me! I quit dieting about eight weeks ago and am learing how to listen to my body and only eat when hungry and what I am hungry for. Of course many times it is not food I am hungry for and I am learning to comfort myself in ways other than eating. Thank you, thank you. Want this new book also. Do you have a workbook, Dr May? That would help so much with the feelings and eating. Keep up the good work. Five stars

Thank you so much! I am so glad you are learning to trust your body and meet your true needs. I can honestly say that it was life-changing for me - just too good not to share with others - so I LOVE that Am I Hungry? is helping you! And yes, you can get an Awareness Journal and Workbook from our website. Stay in touch!

You CAN feel that way by making one choice at a time. I started by meeting my true needs: When I'm hungry, I eat what I love. When I'm bored, I do something I love. When I'm lonely, I connect with someone I love. And when I feel sad, I remember that I am loved.

Amazing! Can't wait to read the book! Is there really a solution to this struggle I've had all of my life?

YES! It is an important and worthwhile journey and the first step is to ask yourself "Am I hungry?' whenever you feel like eating. Michelle May MD
