Squats from yesterday and today. I was sick these past few days with the stomach flu, so I had to postpone the maxing out. I could still not eat much more than a (delicious) soup for Xmas! Haha. But today's workout felt much better (3@250kg x3 in waves, 190, 220, 250). Bodyweight is still down 2-3kg. On the bright side at least I didn't gain any fat for now!!

  • @LEGGENDARYO haha si j'avais essayé la 9ème je l'aurais ratée aussi lamentablement que la 4ème ce soir à 250kg! Respect au boloïd! Au moins ça m'a redonné confiance pour le max. 270 au Squat avec la pause je pense que ça passe. Le soulevé je sais pas...
