@irthesteve Wrong. The writing of the season overall is irrelevant in this category. They only look at the specific episodes submitted. And Steve gave a phenomenal performance in the episodes Garage Sale and Goodbye Michael, which were his Emmy submissions. Those episodes, and his performance were fantastic, the episodes are some of the best of the series, and Steve's performance has never faltered. Jim Parson's simply isn't even in his league.
