No you have all programs on your computer in order to use it it comes in 6 discs and takes 50 giga bites of memory and you have up 4 gbs of ram in order for it to even work fast.

Yes it does work but make sure you have 4 gigs of ram otherwise motion is going be super slow and probably wont even work!
