it's his usual kote kaeshi POW combo. the one that so fast you don't see it hit you...only feel.
in normal speed you'll hear him catch his (was it Ishida? ) shinai.

The commenter pronounces "kaeshi", but this is the only bit I can pick from his words :) If his context is not leading somewhere else and what I see is actually what I believe I'm seeing, it is a kaeshi :)
