@2011 Christ & his followers fanned "contention" everywhere they went! U r on a pg w/ppl expressing their beliefs on topics, countering what they believe. 'Nothing wrong w/it! Its called "different ppl conversing & debating" which God's just fine w/! I know that because it's demonstrated THROUGHOUT his REAL word & I KNOW HIM! So, unlike *U*, I STAND UP FOR THE TRUTH ABOUT HIM & *I* fight against baloney about my Lord! While U say "doing that's WRONG!" (even though U r here to argue beliefs too)

@IExposeMormonism With a Mormon, any criticism of Joseph Smith gets you instantly labeled an Enemy of God. How to get past "Us vs Them" paranoia is out of my league, it might be luck if I'm able to throw a switch in a Mormon's head, but it probably requires an expert in cult deprogramming.

What I believe happened is what is called Cognitive Dissonance. The tension you felt and perceived as a threat to your well-being happened when you held two conflicting thoughts in your mind at the same time. The source is the years of mental conditioning that the LDS church has subjected you to. Repetition, repetition, repetition.

@2011neesh * you will see testimonies of 11 others bearing witnesses * These witnesses were either close friends or blood relatives of Joseph Smith. If it was the precious and sacred word of god, why did Joesph Smith send Hyrum to Toronto Canada in an attempt to sell the copyright to the Book of Mormon?
