This worked perfect very first time - gave me a proper video file using the .flv function that I saved and can view. Then after that none that I try to download work?!

Also if I try and do just a .mp3 it plays it via Quicktime and there's no way to actually save the file?

Hi,

do it this way

right klick on download and you have to click on "Save as".

And then you can decide where you want to save the file

how do u get rid of the stupid pop up that keeps apaearing, i cant click download because its in the way

after i click download,i can't download the songs i wanted. After i click the download,the songs played but no window or anything to download it

Do the follwoing steps:

1. Make the procedure like it is described in the video

2. Make a right click on "Download"

3. Choose "save under" or "save as" I don't know the english term
