@bpenda94 Also I owned one of these and it was noyhing but trouble. Another thing is Microsoft (the creator's of the Zune) have a strict warranty. What I mean by that is if it's water damaged, or scratch, chipped, anything like that, they won't replace it. It pretty much has to be demolished for them to replace it. Zune is just a bad product. I use Microsoft for everything. For my computer, laptop, etc. Everything but my cell phone and my MP3 player lol

@bpenda94 I really don't think I have to explain myself, number 1 they went out of business. Number 2 there is a reason why they went out of business, there product sucks. They don't have the selection of music that iTunes have, they freeze up all the time, its just a bad product PERIOD!

Hello, I just wanted to say that your video is pretty good in my opinion, I actually just got a 16gb Zune yesterday so ya im pretty excited. Thanks for being one of the only smart people to put up a review on it. I plan on doing a review as well in a few days. Thanks Bob or whatever your name is :D
