From the Report: (you can make it out in the 3rd paragraph)
"[...]Tutto considerato si deduce che i 'reperti di Lanciano'non fanno assolutamente parte di alcun tessuto,la cui conservazione sia riconducibile alla Natura,oppure alla mano dell'uomo.Dal punto di vista della loro conservazione,si può anzi affermare,senza alcuna smentita,che i detti 'reperti' vanno chiaramente contro ogni legge della Natura".

Translated using google, it comes out to roughly what the other sources report:

Desecrating the Eucharist is an offensive act. It's not verbal or gesticulative. Recognize that it is held to be sacred by SOME people and, say what you want, but the moment you actually defile Christ's body, you are perpetrating a great crime against the Catholic Church, even more importantly, Christ :(
