Shawnee,KS Outdoor Warning Sirens 12-7-2011

Here we are in Thunderbolt/3T22 Country. Shawnee is the only city around Johnson County that hasn't replaced their Thunderbolts & 3T22's w/ 2001's. The closest thunderbolt you hear is the one that was hurt a year or 2 ago....still going strong.

Sounds like they swapped out the head on that 1000 that used to be sick. I don't know if it's just my imagination, but I thought I could hear a 1000T in that mix.

BTW what happened to the Alert portion of the test?

@garyhstorms10 silver2002ta is correct in that the video was shot in the City of Shawnee...but Shawnee COUNTY tests in the attack signal on the first Monday of the month. The other mondays of the month are done in Alert.

@LouisvilleTorn8o there is actually 2 dual tone thunderbolts you can hear sometimes in the distance
