@navylaks2 It's a trend a lot of gaming companies will do in Japan if a game takes place in America or a foreign country. They'll hire voice actors fluent in English to voice foreign characters, and then subtitle it in Japanese. One of the reasons the original RE1's dialog was so bad was because the translation of the dialog to English was a bit shoddy.
