  • Wow those are amazing...

  • These are the best!!! Yum yum is all I need to say!

  • @sportsloverdrisk she was 8 months pregnant in this video.

  • Are you pregnant?

  • Wow that looks good...and I havent even had WLS

  • I am absolutely thrilled that you have taken on this project. I have been worried about what I would actually be able to cook and feed my family (I have 2 teenage boys to feed) after my surgery.

Would you mind if I sat and wrote out your recipes or are you planning a cookbook? Personally, I think you should consider publishing a cookbook of recipes for post bypass eating. Given the # of folks getting this - I think it would sell online on etsy.

  • @kittyasuka your very welcome:)

  • @garrettmaria74 OH OK I DIDN'T KNOW THAT THANK YOU=)

  • @kittyasuka black pepper does not digest well, it just like red pepper causes high blood pressure.

people with ulcers, like myself (caused from gastric bypass) would get stomach pain with alot of black pepper.

people with crohns disease cannot have it at all, it causes the intestines to bleed because of it not digesting well, most patients prefer white pepper because it digest alot better.

I use it very little nearly none..and it has made a difference in my husbands stomach bleeding w/ crohns.

  • @garrettmaria74 WHY?
