Twin Power Yoga is an athletic style of yoga. Founded in 2006 by twin sisters Ann and Ali Dadow, Twin Power Yoga blends four crucial elements: balance, breath, cardio and strength. Our classes are set to energizing music designed to sculpt your body and inspire your soul.

Whatever type of day you are having, this practice will bring you into a renewed awareness. Open up to your natural state: a clear, fresh, awakened mind. Let your breath guide you! Twin Power Yoga empowers the body and empowers the mind!




Twin Power Yoga Classes:




Classes mix spiritual wisdom with a powerful yoga sequence, which any yogi, from beginner to well-seasoned, will find challenging and enjoyable.




Child's Pose is Twin Power Yoga's universal sign of self-acceptance and love. We encourage new students to take child's pose to re-energize.




You'll need a yoga mat, sweat towel and water.

Most important: begin practice with a flexible mind.
