Gonna try this tomorrow! im doing liquid diet today. Found some of the flaxseed meal today on my walk WOO HOO!!

FYI - I didn't have any flax seed meal, but had lots of flax seed, so just threw a handful into my spice/coffee grinder and ground it into flour consistency. Worked great! Saved the extra flax meal in the fridge for tomorrow. Great recipe!

No I actually got it from a bariatric website ,but I'm sure there are bunches of variations all over...We all gotta "go" haha

Hey Ms. Allison, great video I will have to try your receipe, I heard you say you did not know what lignans are i am taking a nutrition class and we are studying them..they are a compound that converts to phytsterols by intestinal bacteria that we all have they are studying it as a possible anticancer agent. Also too much flaxseed may interfer with absorption of vitamin and minerals. So just keep it to about two to three spoonfulls per meal and it should be ok. Thanks again for a great video!

Now I know what lignans are and I'm glad they are on my side hehe...I would love to take a nutrition class because it's all so interesting..Thanks you!
