SEriously if you dont have a fire alarm and you have to pyshically call them with your phone, your sims pick up the phone, call them, hang up, run back to the fire, and start screaming! Wth is up with that?!?! The more you scream, the bigger its gonna get and the more furniture and people you're gonna lose!

I wish you could actually burn their house down. Even in sims 3 only their stuff will catch on fire. Not the walls. I guess that's what happens when you use instant walls...
