Paul Bulcke on how to constantly adapt to new challenges in order to maintain long term growth

Paul Bulcke (born in 1954) has been Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé S.A. since April 2008. He heads one of the leading nutrition, health and wellness companies with 280000 employees worldwide. His work focuses on corporate values which allow each sub company to adapt local structures by simultaneously implementing the global standards of Nestlé S.A.

Paul Bulcke has been holding various positions with Nestlé S.A. for over 30 years, transforming amongst others the subsidiaries Americas into the most profitable ones within the company. He graduated from the University of Leuven with a degree in commercial engineering and a postgraduate from the Vlerick Management School.
