@twigux Practice makes perfect! Make sure your knife is always sharp! A Santoku knife is a great help. Very inexpensive, too! I like Kiwi knives for inexpensive quality. After a while of chopping, I have gotten better at it. My goal now, is to "unroll" Daikon. You can do it!:)
