This type of sparring is much better than what I see in many tournaments today.

They fight like Karate guys. ITF has a really similar style to the WKF(World Karate Federation). respect to them though.

@fightluv i like how you put it. i was brainwashed into thinking karate was useless. but i know that whenever there is a law or a weakness in a martial art, there is always someone whos gonna either modify and improve it or just train in another style and prove the inferiority of it. in this case, gen choi added breathing techniques and the sine motion and the use of kicks. just pisses me off that i have to be yelled at for punching my opponent and told to only kick, wtf?

@Lee7676 They hate u? Tell me more? Ive also been told by other chinese that karate is useless. Lol, kyokushin was invented by korean and it proved to be devastating against other karate. taekwondo is based on shotokan karate. No offence, but isnt there alot of fighting in Korean schools? if so, seems like u made a really gd choice. Anyways, who givs a shit wt ppl say about u. As long as u didnt do anything wrong, nothing to be ashamed. Osu!

@lawker777 yes it doenst matter what you are. i am korean and i was trained kyokushin karate. korean people hate me because i trained japanese martial arts.they are stupid. martial arts is for own good.not somebody say blablablah

lol, impressed seeing japanese ppl learning tkd and koreans learning karate and chinese learning karate. im chinese and im practicing karate. very intrigued
