Craig, you are indeed a King amongst men! Your tutorials have been a great help to me over the last two years. Thanks very much from Australia!. Oh yeah and just a quick question, how much carbonation sugar should I use for a 500ml Samuel Smiths bottle? I have only ever used the (coopers) pellets with 600mls and 365mls. I don't want to blow my bottles up.

I have watched a lot of YouTube videos on how to brew beer and keep returning to yours as he impart the most detail and wisdom that I have found so far. Many other are condescending or miss important information whereas yours have, from the very beginning, been very clear and concise without being condescending to your audience. You are indeed, a great teacher!

hi craig, hugh in ireland here. inspired by your videos I have made two brews of coopers. had a great party last weekend where all agreed that it was lovely beer. great night and loads of money saved over our inflated prices. another brew in the fv at the minute.
