불국사 Bulguksa Buddhist Temple (Kyoung-ju)

Our extended family went on a vacation to Kyoung-ju, South Korea and visited Bulguksa, a 1500 year old Buddhist Temple built during the Silla Dynasty.

If you ever visit Korea, you must visit one of the many ancient temples located in the mountains. IMO, Korea certainly hosts the world's greatest Buddhist temples.

I've been here several times, but this was my first chance to bring my two sons. Excellent.

Sorry, but I no longer have the CD (borrowed it from my sister-in-law).

The primary instrument is the Korean traditional "gayagum" -- A sort of horizontal fat guitar.

I myself am making plans to visit South Korea. The last time I was in Korea was when I was 6. Just before I got adopted. Beautiful pictures...your kids are adorable too.

Kamsahamnida for posting the video. I enjoyed it. Would love to visit Bulguksa on our next visit to Korea. We have adopted 2 children from Korea. We love Korean culture, food, language, hanbok, etc.
