@TheCameramanny They didn't have the Mac yet. They still had the Colorgraphics ArtStar 3D Plus for art. They may have gotten the Chyron Infinit! by that point, as the font is Compacta.
Also in 1993, the PowerMacintosh systems weren't out yet and Photoshop was at version 2 or 2.5. It didn't even have layers yet. :)
