Every 15 Minutes was put on by a number of local agencies including Bend Fire and Rescue, St. Charles Medical Center, Bend Police, AirLink, Deschutes County Sheriff's, and many more. This short film was created to show to the students what everyone would go through in the case their classmates were involved in a motor vehicle crash caused by a drunk driver. Not allowing this to be embed is an extreme error. It was sent to over 5000 people today via a social network and they could not watch it. It would do good for people who have viral messages to allow them to do such.

All I can say...is wow....that video, no matter how many times I watch it, it always makes me choke up and cry. I've known people who have gotten in crashes related to D.D. I've had to drive some people home because they were wasted and no one would let them drive. Its a very intense thing to experience and the loss of a loved one is what makes it even worse.
