Yeah i had that problem is well. What you have to do is go to setting on the bottom right of the desktop and do a live update. But the problem is the live update takes a maybe more than a hour. So you will have to wait a while for the live update. And plus a have read lots of problems where the live update causes there internet not to work. But that was when the aspire one first come out. So it should be fine now as it worked on mine. Hope this helps
