Your killin me man...looks great! There's nothin better than good fresh bread, and Deb can eat a pan by herself. That's one of her favorites, good hot bread and plenty of butter. I don't care to much for it...uh huh! LOL!

you'er making me hungry! I've tried to make fr bread several times and it always came out like a skinny hard snake. think i did 2 things wrong. 1.over kneaded it (following instructions) 2. think my yeast was too hot.
Have you done a vid on fr bread?

@fatpius I will make a french bread video, if you use bread flour you have to be careful with how much kneading you do. water should never be hotter than 120 degrees or it will kill the yeast. I make this in the next couple of days.
