MKWii Tournament 39 : 22.378 + 24.414

It's my personal strategy discovered at the 2nd day, my first run was 24.414 at the 5th day, I update it on the rankings when I saw Elmore get 36.6xx. because I wanted the sub 23.

To hit the two pokeys over Hills you must be in a good spot and in a good angle and shoot at a good moment, but the hardest in my strat is the last two pokeys.

This strat is faster with Bowser Bike/Flame Runner, but I discovered it in a late moment.

The Sub 21 is possible with 3 pokeys over Hills and with BB/FR.
