Sony Ericsson W880i Faulty !!HELP!!

I seem to be having this problem very offten. Most of the time it freezes while I am on the phone to someone but I couldnt catch the moment.

Please may someone help me as I have paid a big ammount of money for this phone :(

maybe the battery isnt correct putted in?

try to press it in hard before you start it,

yup. the screen is the most expensive part of the phone. when you spend that money to fix the screen, you may as well buy a new phone.

I had another problem and do you know how i fix it the problem was sometimes it turn off by it's self and i thrown it in the wall and it's working great trust me i have a w880i trust me it works ;)

I had problem with w880i as well. The screen is junping up and down... and serious discoloration. Is that any way that I can fix it ?

my friend said .. I must change the battery ..

I think my battery was overcharge .. maybe ..
