Why do you angle your crashes like that? And work on your double bass...

The cymbals are angled on Most electric kits because unlike acoustic there not hit right on the edge. And also each cymbal has zones, so like on one crash I have a reg crash sound on the upper middle and a splash on the rim (close to the edge). If it was a reg kit yea they would be more level. Thanks.

I guess your cymbal pads have 3-way triggering then? I've got the Roland TD-4K, but the CY-8 pads only has 2 zones, so I level my crash's a little more, because I don't really use double triggering.

I think there cy-14's, there just 2 zones (bow/edge).
