What i can depict from your little riddle is that in 2013 the suns solar maximum will cause a CME (Coronal Mass Ejection) that will be trapped in our earths' electro-magnetic field and start reacting with the air causing widespread beauty, not fire =P

these sounds are actually radio waves emitted by suns nuclear fusion process. All the radio waves are picked up and transformed digitally into sound that we can hear. Sound is the vibrations of particals in Solids, Liquids and Gasses. But also in another sense, sound is the energy of which is picked up by the human ear. If a tree falls and there is no one there within a 1000 mile diameter of it, does the tree actually make a "sound"?
