Actually he might be the only one who can..

a swing of bakusaiga in Goku's direction is enough to destroy his body and tenseiga can kill a soul too...and if Sesshoumaru is about to die...tenseiga..which has will of its own can teleport him to safety (even in middle of an attack)

I am not saying that Sesshoumaru has powerlevel of OVER 9000 (which he might.Idk)...but a lot of time..strength looses to technique..like Captain Ginyu case..
