Me and my mate brought a scooter over to happiness island on a boat and went for a little drive, the conclusion...well lets just say Happiness Island aint so "happy" anymore!
The sound started to skip again god dammit!!!! Oh well.

its really weird.. but if you have cops and ur on happiness island... sometimes a helicopter lands and drops NOOSE off. it happened to me and my friend every like 30 mins. i was on the ground and he was in the chopper and he said: Hey man.. a helicopter just landed on the island. me: wtf... no way man. him: dude there are NOOSE coming at you right now. me: THATS IMPOSSIBLE.
