  • I'll lube your Glock...if ya know what I mean.

  • @oneydee - All I know is that that sounds GAY...if ya know what I mean.

  • I worked for 2 police agencies and the training staff would both say thats way to much lube. having said that....im sure u know more about glocks than i do. i was told to put one tiny drop on both rails and let it drip down the slides while letting it stand on end. and nothing else on the slide. 1 drop on the little tit on the trigger assem. 1 drop on end of barrel like u showed. do u think they did this just to keep it simple for officers or is this vid exactly what glock says to do? thx.

  • @flybywre - If they say that is too much lube they are wrong. They should read the manual.

  • i bought the new g19 gen 4, and it came with the # 3 Recoil Spring Guide. when you say put it in that half moon or whatever i do. but everytime i take it apart the spring raises out of the groove. any suggestions?

  • @t16devin - It is supposed to do that.

EXCELLENT point. I have my gun disassembled right now and after I heard you talk about that semicircle groove, I looked at my gun and sure enough, the spring was on the top groove.

  • i use lubriplate grease from the browells web site. on the barrel i spread it like jim does and wipe some off and spread some more. i get it to where you cant see it but if you run your fingers on it you can feel it.

  • should I lube inside of the barrel at all? It gets dirty I assume

  • @flybywre Most police agencies know very little correct information about guns.

  • I take it that if all i am using it break free gun oil I might be missing something

  • Great video. I finally feel confident about how and where to lube my Glock 30. Thank you!

  • oil vs grease?

  • This videos has made it clear to me how to lube my g36. Thx

  • @n310ea yes. the trigger has to be locked back for the slide to be removed.

  • @JamesYeager that answered my questioun too, thank you. Great video
