There are only individuals. There is only one fundamental human right: the right to be LEFT ALONE. Anything that violates that is anethema. ALL relationships between individuals must be voluntary and consensual. Anything that violates that principal is fascism.

@v19d was that a stab at sarcasm? Nixon did pass the Clean Air act and did other things that were commendable like going to China, which changed the world. In a major way. Rubin's comments are as correct today as they were back then. The Communist Party USA is little more than a caucus of the Democratic Party. They've been failing to prevent the rightward shift of the two party system with this strategy for half a century. The real left is genuinely concerned about freedom, equality, justice and an end to war and capitalism. Right wingers who don't understand the left expose their own ignorance when they call anyone on the left a member of the Communist Party.

No form of government today is without corruption,greed, and inhumanity.
It is a fact that the Communists are holding the Capitalists bonds.
The question of freedom, security, civil rights, human rights, economic opportunity, and medical have been the issues America finds itself trying to define as the previous administration decided to redifne this issues to fit corporate policy I call corporate fascism.....
