Alan Osmond tells how he got Elvis's Book of Mormon from a fan who gave it to Elvis. Alan gave it to the LDS Church + a copy to Lisa Marie Presley because Elvis noted in the book to "help her"! See www.elvisbofm.com

  • My prayers are with Lisa. My brother Donny gave the copy of Elvis's Book of Mormon to Lisa's P.R. Person. Anyone, please tell Lisa that I will personally take her to the vault in Salt Lake City and let her see the original book and I will share with her some more personal conversations that I had with her father, Elvis. The Lord's works will NOT be frustrated. Thanks to all of you for your caring love and understanding! Please tell Lisa! Alan Osmond

  • Elvis had the missionary discussions twice and though he has passed on, he is in Paradise where my parents are too, and I know that my Mother and Father will continue their discussions with him as they did with Elvis on the phone. What I worry about more than anything, is Lisa. Elvis loves her! He wants her to hear and know what he fourd to be true. She has the right to agree or not, but she needs to listen and know that Elis was trying to help her any in way he could.

  • I just read these comments. Bless those who believe my words because they are true. Some of you need to better understand our Christian way of life. We do NOT lie. Yes, there are good and bad Mormons just like in any other religion but, I did NOT make this up. Elvis was probably going to share with us his desire to join The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the barbeque that we never got to have because, "IT DOES MATTER WHAT CHURCH A PERSON GOES TO".

  • APOSTACY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Watch out he comedy like a thief in the night and you better watch your tongue !

  • Respond to this video... No theif here! Just a friend who knew Elvis Personally and had some great discussions with him about the Lord and family. I stand as a witness of Elvis's good heart and his desire to serve the Lord. He always sang spiritual songs and that is what he wanted for his daughter Lisa. I still have not personally talked with Lisa but it will be one of the Love Elvis had for her!

  • it doesnt matter what church a person goes to, either jesus died for a persons sins or he didnt>

  • Alan, I am a true believer in the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and I didn't mean any disrespect to them.I am a member also. I was talking to the people with the nasty and mean comments. God Bless you and your family, you guys are the reason I looked into the church in 1974 and joined. You guys are a great influence in my life, Thank You.

  • @satancouldkillyounow And, you my friend don't know what you are talking about! As a Member of the LDS faith, a Mormon, may I suggest that you be very careful in how you judge others. Everything you do and even think in this life is recorded and you will be responsible for your words and actions. I will pray for you and suggest you do the same. When you have something special, you wish to share it with others!

  • @Zecalran Lisa's Father, Elvis Presley, seemed to know what his daughter needed! Elvis believed in God and was searching for Him! He found Him and the Gospel of Jesus Christ which stands for values and doctrines or philosophies of God. We as humans need to be more humble and realize we are God's kids and will be held accountable for our choices that we make. Let's make good ones!

  • @kennyt1972 Yes! Everyone like to look at the dark side of life it seems. Elvis had a good and generous heart and loved his daughter lisa and also the fans. He told my family that, "If I could do it all over again, I would do like you and sign every autograph of every fan that wanted it! Elvis was a GOOD entertainer and a GREAT Man! I am honored that I had personal conversations with him! Alan Osmond
