I think it means two Gamelans. A gamelan is a musical ensemble made mostly of a group of gongs and other metalophones (struck metal instruments) from Indonesia. Due to the tempo and loudness I would say this was based on the Balinese gamelan style of the island of Bali. That is why you hear the chiming metal instruments in this song.

Ever since I played this song years ago i thought it was from South America or Mexico b/c of the dancing cactus with maracas .... LOL O well at least I know it's from Indonesia or Bali.
