This reminds me of this one dog I saw when I was working in the Animal Welfare League. She was blind in one eye and she constantly howled because her former owner died. So sad...

Wow, the dachshund has a German accent, the Russian Wolfhound has a Russian accent, the chihuahua has a Mexican accent and the bulldog has a cockney accent!
